Swissôtel Çeşme is scheduled to open in June 2022, following a contract signed between Accor Hotel Group and Dilek Holding. Situated in Çeşme, Ilıca Bay, the architects behind Swissôtel Çeşme are Durmuş Dilekçi and Mustafa Toner who works for Toner Architects. The hotel will feature 248 rooms, 68 suites and two penthouses each consisting of two floors across 1,300 square meters.
